Microsoft Hosts ‘Pushups for Charity’ in NY; Wes Anderson Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 19, 2016 — Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) has hosted the Boot Campaign’s Pushups for Charity challenge at the company’s flagship store in New York as part of National Military Appreciation Month, GovCon Executive reported Tuesday.

The company said Monday the challenge aims to raise awareness on military veteran support.

Wes Anderson, Microsoft vice president of U.S. public sector services, said the company will work to continue efforts to help veterans secure jobs in information technology.
