Krone told Forbes in an interview published Wednesday that Leidos will work to diversify its client base in the civil government sector and establish a cultural balance in the future merged company.

“[We] will use this transaction as an opportunity to redefine our swim lanes — not walking away from our current businesses, but maybe adding more verticals, ” said Krone, who is also an inductee into Executive Mosaic‘s Wash100 for 2016.
