Oracle Eyes $200M Investment to Support ‘Computer Science for All’ Initiative

OracleTYSONS CORNER, VA, April 18, 2016 — Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) plans to invest an estimated $200 million into educational programs over the next 18 months in support of the White House’s Computer Science for All initiative, GovCon Executive reported Friday.

The company said Wednesday the investment aims to deliver computer science education to at least 200, 000 U.S. students through Oracle Academy and provide curriculum services, professional development and outreach support.
