Amr ElSawy, president and CEO of Noblis, has been inducted into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 list of the most influential leaders in GovCon for his leadership in the science and technology community.

ElSawy joined Noblis in 2007 and also serves as a member of the nonprofit science and technology organization’s board of trustees.
