James Reagan,  Leidos Holdings chief financial officer ,  has been inducted into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 List of the most influential leaders in GovCon for his leadership in mergers and acquisitions and financial structure.
The Wash100 is the premier group of private and public sector leaders selected by Executive Mosaic’s organizational and editorial leadership as the most influential voices in the GovCon sector and recognized for their leadership, vision, innovation, reliability, and achievement.
Reagan heads financial functions in Leidos including financial reporting, tax, accounting, treasury and investor relations.
Leidos merged with Lockheed Martin‘s government information technology and services businesses in January 2016 valued at $5.0 billion.
“We anticipate that the revenue mix by customer segmentation will become more evenly balanced between civil, commercial, defense and intelligence, †Reagan told investors at the time.
He previously served as senior vice president and CFO of Vencore before joining Leidos in July 2015
The certified public accountant also worked as CFO  in PAE, ICF International, Vangent and Deltek.
Reagan began his three-decade career at PwC.
