In-Q-Tel to Upgrade Cylance’s Cybersecurity Technology


cyberwarfareTYSONS CORNER, VA, February 17, 2016 — In-Q-Tel will help Cylance upgrade its CylancePROTECT system, which works to use machine learning and artificial intelligence to prevent cyberattacks, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

“Our partnership with Cylance is intended to further enhance how artificial intelligence and related technologies prevent malware and advanced threats from ever executing, ” Peter Kuper, partner on IQT’s investments team, said in a statement issued Tuesday.
