January 11 Morning Report: GovCon Index Sees Drop; S&P 500 Goes Into Correction

GovConIndexDOWNThe GovCon Index closed Friday at a 1.181-percent drop to 73.739 and ended the week with a loss of 4.31 percent.

The S&P 500 composite index joined the Dow Jones Industrial Average and Nasdaq index in correction territory with a decline of 1.08 percent Friday.
