PAE-Parsons JV Re-Awarded Potential $488M Joint Military Base Support Contract

NavyShoreA joint venture of PAE and Parsons has been awarded a potential eight-year, $488.3 million contract to help operate a Guam-based military installation run by the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force.

The Defense Department said Friday that DZSP 21 will support management of ports, ordnance, electrical systems, waste water, equipment,  vehicles and surrounding environment at the Joint Region Marianas base.

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command received eight offers for the program via its e-commerce online portal and re-issued the contract as a result of a corrective action to a cost-plus-award-fee contract awarded in September last year.

DZSP 21 will perform work through June 2024 and the Navy will obligate $39.7 million in multisource funds at the time of award.
