December 14 Morning Report: GovCon Index Posts Decline Amid Oil, Interest Rate Concerns


GovConIndexDOWNThe GovCon Index closed Friday with a loss of 1.288 percent to 75.751 and posted a 3.236-percent drop for the week on sell-offs in the larger U.S. market due to declines in crude oil futures and the anticipated interest rate hike.

CSRA (NYSE: CSRA) gained 1.33 percent to $28.92 while Serco Group (U.S. over-the-counter) remained at $1.63.
