Niloofar Razi Howe Joins RSA as SVP, Chief Strategy Officer; Amit Yoran Comments

Niloofar Razi Howe, formerly chief strategy officer at Endgame, has joined RSA as senior vice president and chief strategy officer.

As a member of RSA’s executive team, Howe will be responsible for the company’s corporate strategy, development and planning, RSA said Monday.

Amit Yoran, president of RSA and executive VP at EMC (NYSE: EMC), said Howe will work to help the company accelerate its security paradigm shift.

The 25-year security industry veteran most recently led Endgame’s product strategy and management, marketing, corporate development and planning efforts.

Howe previously served as managing director at private equity fund Paladin Capital Group, where she was responsible for the firm’s development and implementation of funds investment strategies.

She was also a consultant with McKinsey & Co. and a lawyer with O’Melveny & Myers.
