
She brings three decades of experience in financial management to Louis Berger, the engineering and construction company said Wednesday.
Lassarat will be based at Louis Berger’s headquarters in Morristown, New Jersey.
“Meg will assume the CFO role during a critical growth and expansion period, where her expertise driving large-scale corporate expansions, financial turnarounds and acquisitions will be an important asset to Louis Berger, ” said Jim Stamatis, Louis Berger president and CEO.
Lassarat was also previously a CFO at UniversalPegasus International and Mustang Engineering.
