Meg Lassarat Joins Louis Berger as CFO, Corporate EVP; Jim Stamatis Comments

Meg Lassarat, formerly chief financial officer and director at Kentz Engineering & Constructors, has joined Louis Berger as CFO and corporate executive vice president.

She brings three decades of experience in financial managementÂ to Louis Berger, the engineering and construction companyÂ said Wednesday.

Lassarat will be based atÂ Louis Berger’s headquarters in Morristown, New Jersey.

“Meg will assume the CFO role during a critical growth and expansion period, where her expertise driving large-scale corporate expansions, financial turnarounds and acquisitions will be an important asset to Louis Berger, ” said Jim Stamatis, Louis Berger president and CEO.

Lassarat was also previously a CFO at UniversalPegasus International and Mustang Engineering.

Nicholas Masucci, chairman of the board of directors at Louis Berger, will retire from his role at the Morristown, New Jersey-based professional services firm on July 1. Masucci, who cited health issues as the reason for his retirement, will continue to serve as a non-executive board member on a part-time basis, Louis Berger said Thursday.
