RMF Engineering has acquired CxAnalytics for an undisclosed amount as part of efforts to expand building commissioning and condition assessment service offerings in the government market.“CxAnalytics’ clients, projects and services made the acquisition a natural fit for RMF, ” Duane Pinnix, RMF Engineering president and CEO, said Thursday.
The combined firm now maintains a portfolio of more than 150 commissioning projects and plans to increase the number of its employees in Virginia over the next year.
Baltimore-based RMF offers design, engineering, commissioning and facility assessment services to public sector, healthcare, research and higher education organizations globally.
CxAnalytics holds a Certified Commissioning Firm status from the Building Commissioning Association.
