Deborah Ricci, formerly chief financial officer of A-T Solutions, has joined Centerra Group as CFO.

She was most recently responsible for A-T Solutions’ financial affairs, government contract pricing and compliance and information technology, Centerra said Thursday.

Paul Donahue, president and CEO of Centerra, said Ricci’s background in national security, defense and government contracting “made her the ideal candidate to take on this important management role, and we are thrilled to have her on our team.”

Ricci served as CFO for defense company The Allied Defense Group before she joined A-T Solutions.

She brings to Centerra Group more than two decades of work experience with defense, technology and manufacturing firms.
