TYSONS CORNER, VA, November 16,  2015 — Robin Portman and Christine Lucy of Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) have received recognition at the March of Dimes’ 15th Annual Heroines of Washington Gala, GovCon Executive reported Tuesday.
