Boeing, Partner Form JV in India to Manufacture Aircraft Components


ApacheTYSONS CORNER, VA, November 10,  2015 — Boeing (NYSE: BA) has formed an India-based joint venture with Tata Advanced Systems to serve as a production facility for components of the AH-64 Apache helicopters and other aerostructures, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.

Boeing said Monday the JV will also work to develop integrated systems in pursuit of defense and commercial manufacturing agreements.
