Six Firms Win $5B US Air Force Cybersecurity, Info Systems Contract

CybersecurityThe U.S. Air Force has awarded six companies a $5 billion multiple-award contract to perform cybersecurity and information systems services.

Barbaricum, Baum Romstedt Technology Research, Data Systems Analysts, Professional Project Services, SMS Data Products Group and Solers will develop and test software and models under the contract, the Defense Department said Thursday.

The companies will carry out contract work through November 2020.

The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency received 14 offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract via the Federal Business Opportunities website.
