SAIC Lands Potential $757M Army Software Development Support Task Order


SAIC logoScience Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has received a potential three-year $757 million task order to provide software development and systems engineering services to a U.S. Army directorate responsible for aviation and missile systems.

SAIC said Monday the service branch awarded the fixed-price, single-award task order through the Army Aviation and Missile Command’s Expedited Professional & Engineering Support Services blanket purchase agreement.

The contract covers lifecycle systems support and contains a two-year performance period and an ordering period of one year.

SAIC will perform contract work at Redstone Arsenal in Alabama for the Army Aviation and Missile Research, Development, and Engineering Center’s software engineering directorate.
