TYSONS CORNER, VA, October 1,  2015 — Oceus Networks sought to provide secure interagency communications with the activation of the JerseyNet 4G LTE broadband network for first responders during Pope Francis’ visit to Philadelphia this week, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
