TYSONS CORNER, VA, October 1,  2015 — The U.S. Secretary of Defense has appointed Darcy McGinn, chief technology officer of the defense electronic systems division of Orbital ATK’s (NYSE: OA) Defense Systems Group, as a member of the U.S. Air Force Scientific Advisory Board, GovCon Executive reported Wednesday.
