NCI Lands $211M Army Systems Engineering, Logistics Contract; Brian Clark Comments

NCI Inc. (Nasdaq: NCIT) has been awarded a five-year, $211 million contract to perform systems engineering and logistics services for the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office Soldier headquarters.

The company will extend its work in support of the PEO Soldier headquarters and project management offices’ efforts to equip U.S. troops, NCI said Thursday.

The contract contains a 12-month base period of performance and four one-year option periods.

“We are extremely proud to continue our support of the U.S. Army’s PEO Soldier Program and expand our effort through this new contract, ” said Brian Clark, NCI’s president and CEO.

NCI will also provide quality assurance, evaluation, acquisition, business management, logistics and fielding support services.
