Jason DeYonker to Succeed Craig Nixon as Constellis CEO, Dean Bosacki Named President


constellisConstellis has named Jason DeYonker as its chief executive to succeed Craig Nixon, who will stay as a strategic adviser and a member of the advisory board at the Reston, Virginia-based security company.

The company said Wednesday that DeYonker, founder of Forte Capital Advisors and Forte Management, holds more than 20 years of operational finance management, advisory, asset management, estate and retirement planning and venture capital experience.

He previously held positions at Deloitte‘s and Arthur Andersen‘s corporate finance groups.

DeYonker also serves on the boards of Academi Holdings, The Wall Group, Novitas Global Solutions and Serge Normant Professional.

Dean Bosacki, co-founder of investment firm Manhattan Partners and a more than 20-year businessman, will serve as president of Constellis.

He oversaw more than 25 private equity and strategic investment transactions worth a combined $3 billion throughout his career.

Bosacki is a former member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
