Furuno Brings Iridium Tech to Japan Customers

SatelliteTYSONS CORNER, VA, October 21,  2015 — Furuno Electric plans to offer Iridium Communications’ (Nasdaq: IRDM) mobile satellite communications products and services to its customers in Japan and elsewhere as part of a collaboration agreement between the two companies, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.

Iridium said Monday it strives to bring Iridium NEXT capabilities to new markets through the strategic alliance.
