TYSONS CORNER, VA, October 26,  2015 — Greg Wenzel, an executive vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), believes that agencies should use open architecture to integrate C4ISR systems and support interoperability efforts, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

“Today, we operate in a digital ecosystem in which warfighters… have the potential to collect, share and analyze vast amounts of information that can significantly enhance situational awareness, giving the U.S. military unmatched superiority, “ Wenzel told C4ISR & Networks in an interview posted Thursday.

He added that integrated C4ISR also means cybersecurity is also built into the system from the beginning.
