Teledyne (NYSE: TDY) Brown Engineering and Dynetics Technical Services were bestowed Prime Contractor of the Year honors in the big and small companies categories, respectively, while Willbrook Solutions took home the Small Business Subcontractor of the Year award presented during a gala NASA said it hosted on Sept. 17.
