TYSONS CORNER, VA September 24, 2015 — Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has taken the wraps off a new amphibious combat vehicle it plans to offer as replacement candidate for the U.S Marine Corps assault amphibious vehicle.
The modular eight-wheel-drive armored ACV 1.1 is upgradable and designed to accommodate a variety of weapons, sensors and communications equipment, Lockheed said Tuesday.
