L-3 Receives Apache Communications Suite Upgrade Subcontract


L-3 logoTYSONS CORNER, VA September 18, 2015 — L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) will provide upgraded communication systems onboard the U.S. Army’s fleet of Apache helicopters for $11.9 million as subcontract work for Science and Engineering Services LLC, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

L-3 said its MUMT-X suite works to provide greater interoperability between the Apache and unmanned systems.
