Harris Wins $390M USSOCOM Handheld Radio IDIQ

ManpackRadioHarris (NYSE: HRS) has won a $390 million contract to produce new handheld radios for the U.S. Special Operations Command.

The company will build the radio units in Rochester, New York, through August 2020, the Defense Department said Thursday.

The Special Operations Command Contracting Office received three bids for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
