TYSONS CORNER, VA September 10, 2015 — General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) One Source has been tapped to commence the Phase 2 updates for the U.S. Coast Guard’s Rescue 21 Alaska communications system, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
