Alan Rizek Joins ThreatTrack Security as CFO; John Lyons Comments

Alan Rizek, a financial management professional and formerly chief financial officer of Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ) IT services consulting subsidiary MicroLink, has joined ThreatTrack Security as CFO.

ThreatTrack said Monday Rizek will oversee the company’s administrative, financial, accounting, human resources, legal and professional services functions.

“Alan’s financial and operational management experience is a strong addition to our senior leadership team, ” said ThreatTrack President John Lyons.

Rizek also previously held the CFO role at Maden Technologies and other senior financial leadership roles at several IT consulting and technology startup companies.

ThreatTrack is a provider of cyber threat prevention software.
