Calibre Systems has bought Information Management Consultants‘ business groups that work withÂ health and life sciences organizations as well as defense and government agencies to manage data systems.
The companies did not disclose the terms of the deal andÂ Calibre will integrate the acquired businesses into a single information management consulting division led byÂ Dorisa Harris, Calibre said Monday.
Reston, Virginia-based IMC offers federal and commercial clients a range of health informatics, information technology and enterprise content management platforms.
