acquisitionXerox (NYSE: XRX) has agreed to acquire RSA Medical as part of efforts to grow in the healthcare services market and add new predictive analytics functionalities for population health and member outreach programs.

The companies expect to close the transaction within the third quarter of this year and RSA Medical will be part of Xerox’s commercial healthcare services business,  Xerox said Monday.
