Rosalind Kadasi Joins Constellis Group as CFO; Craig Nixon Comments

constellisRosalind Kadasi, formerly chief financial officer and vice president of administration at satellite communications firm ARTEL, has joined Constellis Group as CFO.

Kadasi previously served as senior director of government finance and compliance at BearingPoint, Constellis said Sunday.

“We’re thrilled to have Ros as part of our team not only because of her financial management expertise, but her deep knowledge in compliance and process improvement, ” said Craig Nixon, Constellis CEO.

“As we continue to grow our business domestically and internationally, her expertise and leadership will be a critical factor in our future success, ” added Nixon.

The two-decade finance veteran was the vice president of finance at Nortel, and CFO and VP of administration at AC Technologies.

A certified public accountant, Kadasi is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Society of CPAs in Virginia and Louisiana.
