Jones Lang LaSalle Americas Lands $88M Post-Closing Mgmt Consulting Services IDIQ With USAF

ContractJones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL) Americas has secured a potential six-year, $88 million contract to provide consulting support services for the U.S. Air Force with regard to enhanced use leases, military housing privatization and other post-closing management transactions.

The professional services and investment management firm will carry out work in Washington, D.C.,  and other Air Force bases through Aug. 9, 2021, the Defense Department said Monday.

The 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron received two proposals for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

The military branch is obligating $3, 000 from fiscal 2015 maintenance and operation funds at the time of award.
