TYSONS CORNER, VA August 3, 2015 — Ray Harris, Iron Bow Technologies chief information officer, said CIOs should carefully consider what their enterprise would require to operate in an Internet of Things scenario to conserve resources.

“For a lot of organizations that have some ideas about how to be able to leverage the Internet of Things and start projects, they should think small and look at pilot areas where they might want to just test out and understand what they’re really trying to… accomplish before they jump into… the major effort around implementing something like sensors where they’re going to collect data, ” he said in an Iron Bow video posted on TechSource Thursday.
