The U.S. General Services Administration has posted final solicitations for both unrestricted and small business set-aside tracks of a new government-wide acquisition contract vehicle that covers human capital management and workforce training services.
GSA said Monday it kicked off the Human Capital and Training Solutions and HCaTS Small Business contracts in partnership with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management under a category management effort.
“The HCaTS procurements are an excellent example of federal agencies partnering to develop new contract solutions that help them deliver on their mission, ” said GSA Administrator Denise Turner Roth.
The program seeks vendors to help agencies train and develop staff; manage organizational performance; create HCM standards and metric systems; and comply with civil service policies.
