Data Systems Analysts has moved to expand its U.S. Army knowledge management practice with the acquisition of Symbolic Systems‘ federal information technology assets for an undisclosed amount.
Robert Wheeler, formerly chief operating officer for Symbolic Systems, joined DSA’s leadership team as a vice president as part of the acquisition, DSA said Friday.
“The move enables both organizations to extend enhanced federal IT service offerings to both current and new customers, †said Fran Pierce, DSA board chairman and CEO.
Symbolic Systems provides knowledge management, IT services and data management.
