Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) has appointed Chris Hernandez and Mary Petryszyn to vice president roles within the companyâs aerospace systems.
Hernandez will be responsible for technology development and prototyping of scaled composites within the new research, technology and advanced design group, Northrop said Thursday.
Petryszyn will oversee the newly formed global business development organization.
Hernandez and Petryszyn will report to Tom Vice, Northrop Grumman corporate VP and president of the aerospace systems sector.
“We are nimble in our ability to align teams and resources to anticipate and respond to current and projected requirements of our customers, â said Vice.
Northrop also named Tom Pieronek as VP of basic research, with responsibility in identifying and developing science capabilities.
