BMC Software has purchased a Boundary technology that works to help enterprises identify and diagnose information technology application performance issues in real time.
The acquired technology from Boundary also employs a software-as-a-service model for the management of IT infrastructure across an organization, BMC said Tuesday.
BMC added the acquisition is part of the company’s Digital Enterprise Management framework for businesses that aim to move their operations into a digital environment with mainframe, cloud and mobile platforms.
The company will further provide details of its purchased technology during BMC Engage conference that will be held from Sept. 8 to 11 in Las Vegas.
