American Systems has completed its acquisition of EM Business Holdings, which will add more than 150 professionals to the former’s workforce in support of efforts to expand its footprint in several business areas.
American Systems said Tuesday EMBH will become part of its human capital and managed services group under Vice President and General Manager Jason Frye.
“EMBH will mesh well with our culture and our current capabilities, and their support of national priority programs is aligned with our strategic plan, ” said Peter Smith, president and CEO of American Systems.
EMBH is a provider of information technology, engineering and professional services and is based in Arlington, Virginia.
Bluestone Capital Partners represented the company during the acquisition process.
