Accenture Vet Mary Finch Joins AECOM as Chief HR Officer

Mary Finch, formerly senior managing director and chief operating officer for global human resources at Accenture (NYSE: ACN), has joined AECOM (NYSE: ACM) as chief human resources officer and executive vice president.

AECOM said Thursday she will be responsible for the company’s talent acquisition, employee compensation and benefits, diversity, HR regulatory compliance and the Performance + Rewards program.

Finch will start at AECOM Sept. 28 and work out of the company’s Los Angeles headquarters.

She led Accenture’s 4, 500 HR professionals worldwide in her prior role there.

Finch previously worked for Abilizer Solutions and the former Andersen Consulting.
