Mike Gilpin, formerly chief customer officer at DigitalML, has joined Siteworx LLC as chief technical officer.

Gilpin will oversee the company’s effort to define its technology roadmap with the goal of sustaining business development, Siteworx said Wednesday.

“He understands how design impacts functionality and performance and can assess how various technologies fit together to support the company vision, ” said Ken Quaglio, Siteworx president and CEO.

The three-decade research and software development veteran was most recently responsible for DigitalML’s technology goal and product implementation.

Gilpin previously oversaw Forrester Research’s software delivery and architecture, serving as vice president and research director of the company.
