July 13 Morning Report: GovCon Index Up on Friday’s Close


GovConIndexUPThe GovCon Index continued its rally for the second straight day with a gain of 1.246 percent in Friday’s trading session to close at 75.617.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 1.21 percent to 17, 760.41, the Standard & Poor’s 500 composite index gained 1.23 percent to 2, 076.62 and the NASDAQ composite index increased 1.53 percent to 4, 997.70.
