TYSONS CORNER, VA July 30, 2015 — ICF International (Nasdaq: ICFI) has won a $20 million contract to manage the Department of Human Resources call center in Maryland through 2020, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
The terms of the deal involve the use of the ICF Connect customer relationship management tool to implement, manage and operate the contact center, ICF said Tuesday.
The customer service center provides information, assistance and other social services in support of DHR’s state children and families services.
