AM General Receives Int’l Order for High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles


AMGeneralLogoAM General will provide 2, 082 High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles and spare parts to Afghanistan, Iraq, Kenya, Lebanon, Tunisia and Ukraine under a $372.9 million foreign military sale contract with the U.S. Army.

The Defense Department said Monday the company will perform contract-related work in Indiana through April 29, 2016.

The full obligated amount is from the Army’s other procurement funds for fiscal year 2015, DoD said.
