Unisys Demos CBP Face Recognition Tech at Dulles

Unisys logoTYSONS CORNER, VA June 19, 2015 — Executive Mosaic — ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday on Unisys (NYSE: UIS) Federal deploying a facial recognition system at Dulles International Airport for live demonstrations under the Customs and Border Protection’s Land Border Integration contract.

The scanner uses biometrics technology to help CBP agents detect impostors by comparing travelers’ features with their electronic passport photos, Unisys said Thursday.
