Stan Highsmith: Fulcrum to Help DoD Develop, Sustain Intell Data Resources


Fulcrum logoFulcrum has been awarded a contract worth at least $70 million to deliver intelligence support services to the Defense Department.

Stan Highsmith, senior vice president of Fulcrum’s COCOM and maritime division, said Monday the company would help the military develop, evaluate and sustain intelligence data repositories, analytical tools, language translation systems and intelligence training services.

Highsmith added that the company intends for the contract to expand its partnership with the DoD and the intelligence community.

Fulcrum’s engineers and analysts will work to perform scientific and engineering services to the client.
