PAE has closed its acquisition of A-T Solutions, which will be part of its national security solutions business unit in support of the company’s push for growth in the sector.
PAE said Monday Dennis Kelly, CEO of A-T Solutions, will lead the integrated national security business.
“The acquisition of A-T Solutions fits perfectly in line with our strategy to grow through purposeful, value-based acquisitions that bring new customers and new capabilities to our portfolio, ” said PAE CEO John Heller.
He noted that the addition of A-T Solutions and the global security and solutions business of US Investigations Services works to bolster PAE’s portfolio of forensic and biometric operations,  identity management services, analysis and training services.
