blueprint-construction-designTYSONS CORNER, VA June 18, 2015 — Executive Mosaic — ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday on Jacobs Engineering being awarded a contract to continue design services work for Lend Lease, managing contractor for Australia’s air combat facilities.

The award expands the scope of the original contract the company won in 2011 that included the initial design and planning of the project, Jacobs said Tuesday.

The company indicated that the $1-billion New Air Combat Capability facilities project will rise on 10 defense sites that will cater to the Royal Australian Air Force’s new fleet of F-35A Lightning II stealth fighters upon completion.
