Fidelis Cybersecurity has bought Resolution1 Security for an undisclosed sum in a bid to offer customers a unified platform to address network and endpoint threats.
The companies aim to integrate Resolution1’s security incident analysis and automated response technology with the Fidelis XPS threat prevention and detection platform, Fidelis said Tuesday.
Fidelis CEO Peter George said the transaction “represents a significant step in our strategy to deliver the greatest value to our customers by providing a comprehensive advanced threat defense solution.
The Resolution1 technology is designed with an intelligence tool for government and enterprise users to analyze and respond to data breaches.
