Lockheed Awarded $174M for US Army, UAE Missiles; Ken Musculus Comments

lockheed martinLockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has been awarded a $174 million contract to produce tactical missile systems for the U.S. Army and the United Arab Emirates through a foreign military sales agreement.

The long-range surface-to-surface weapon system is contained in a guided missile assembly pod and launched from a multiple launch rocket system, Lockheed said Wednesday.

Lockheed will perform work at its Camden, Arkansas-based facility.
